Facility

We take great pride in our clean and warm environment. We use state of the art sterilization procedures to ensure patient safety. In addition to our comprehensive dental care, you will be treated in an ultra-modern dental office utilizing many of today's latest dental technologies.

Appointments

If you would like to make an appointment, please call our office at (281) 854-2960. We now offer appointment confirmations via e-mail or text message for our established patients.

Financial

All payment is due at the time that services are rendered. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card. If you choose to pay for your surgery in full by cash or check on the day of treatment , we will offer a 5% discount off of the total surgery fee. For patients who do not have dental insurance.

Staff

Our experienced staff is able to meet every patient's needs and will be more than happy to assist you with your dental and personal needs.

Insurance

We will make every effort to verify your dental insurance before your initial appointment. We will go over your plan benefits with you, especially as it pertains to your treatment. It is important that our patients understand that any co-payment amount quoted is only an estimate. We have no way of knowing exactly what your insurance company will actually allow on specific procedures. Generally, it is our experience that most insurance companies allow approximately 50% on periodontal treatment. On the day of your surgery visit you will be responisble for the estimated co-payment and we will file with your insurance company for the balance.

Please note that patients are responsible for any amount not covered by their insurance company or remaining balances 90 days following treatment. Our office is a provider for numerous insurance companies, although we are not a provder for HMO/DMO plans.

Cancellation

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
